133 million people have been thrown back into poverty, despite promises to lift 100 million out – Shehu Sani

Shehu Sani, a former senator from Kaduna Central, has reflected on one of the current administration’s campaign promises.

Sani stated in a tweet that they ‘promised to lift 100 million people out of poverty, but threw 133 million into deeper poverty.’

He tweeted;

They promised to lift One hundred million people out of poverty;now they have officially thrown One hundred and thirty three million people into deeper poverty.
