Osun State election: PDP candidate Ademola Adeleke beats Oyetola in Osun Government House

Governor Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress was defeated by Senator Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party at the Olorunda Local Government Area polling unit of the Osun Government House.

At the Agowande/Oshogbo GRA/office Governor’s polling unit, Adeleke of the PDP received 117 votes, while Oyetola of the APC received 106 votes.

Oyetola and Adeleke previously won their respective polling units in the governorship election.

Adeleke defeated Oyetola to win polling unit 009, Ward 02, Abogunde in Ede North LGA, where was registered as a voter.

The PDP candidate polled 218 votes while Oyetola polled only 23 votes.

Also, incumbent governor Oyetola has won his polling unit in the ongoing governorship poll.

The polling unit has 1457 registered voters.

The APC candidate polled 545 votes from his polling unit situated at ward 1, LA school, Popo, Iragbiji in Boripe Local Government Area.

His closest rival, Ademola Adeleke of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) had 69 votes.
